Email welcome series for local boutique

CLIENT: Addie’s Boutique (Abilene, TX), a local boutique that sells sustainable clothing of natural and recycled fabrics

TARGET AUDIENCE: Women ages 30-55 who are selective about the fabric, cut and quality of their clothing.

TONE: Fun, warm, excited

OBJECTIVE: Create an email welcome series to accompany the boutique’s transition to a new email subscriber platform.

MY APPROACH: My goal for this series was to create excitement and increase website sales through a fun and easy-to-read format. In the first email, I kept it short and sweet by including the website opt-in discount code. The second email featured a questionnaire to get to know the readers better and a virtual "tour" of wardrobe staples on the boutique's website. In the third and final email, I compiled a scannable list of ways to become more involved with the boutique.
