OBJECTIVE: To engage readers and drive traffic to the YouTube channel as well as encourage newsletter subscribers to become Team NML members.

MY APPROACH: I structured this newsletter in line with Nourish Move Love's email style, drawing inspiration from national health initiatives like Spine Health Awareness Month and my personal experience with lower back pain. Using clear headings and CTAs, I guided readers to our YouTube channel, where they could find a workout routine for spinal stability. Additionally, I teased the exclusive benefits of becoming a Team NML member by plugging the monthly members-only live chat with a spine expert.
